Tour Itinerary
Day 1 Tianjin Port to Beijing (L)
Our English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up at 9am from Tianjin Port and transfer to Beijing city. Next we will visit the Summer Palace which is the most celebrated imperial garden in China and had once been a summer resort for the Empress Dowager Cixi. We will end today’s tour by the visit of the Olympic Green. Here you can take some pictures of exterior look of Bird’s Nest and Water Cube which are well-known to the world. After the tour, we will transfer you to hotel.
Day 2 Beijing (B/L)
Pick you up by our English-speaking guide and then take you to the Badaling Great Wall. Badaling Great Wall is the highlight and the most excellent section. When ended Badaling Great Wall tour, we will begin explore the Ming Tombs. Dingling Tomb is more interesting as you are allowed to descend into the underground 27meters below the surface. Finally is the Sacred Way lined with stone statues which are important decorations of the mausoleum and the main road leading to the Ming Tombs. After the tour, we will transfer you back to the hotel.
Day 3 Beijing (B/L)
Our English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up and then heading for the Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City. Tiananmen Square is one of the largest civilian squares in the world and has witnessed numerous historical episodes in modern Chinese history. Forbidden City was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties and located on the north of Tiananmen Square. After a short lunch break, our guide will take you to the Temple of Heaven where the ancient emperors worshiped the heaven. Later we will have a Hutong tour with rickshaw to feel the old Beijingers’ life. When the tour ended, we will transfer you back to your hotel.
Day 4 Beijing Airport Transfer (B)
Free time before departure then we will transfer you to airport for departure.
